Molly McCabe
HaydenTanner

Molly McCabe is the founder and president of HaydenTanner, a firm focused on the nexus of environmentalism and profitability.  Ms. McCabe guides corporations and entrepreneurs through the land mines of the “Green Revolution,” helping businesses maximize their financial returns by investing in sustainability and energy efficiency.  Ms. McCabe has more than 20 years of experience in real estate finance, business development, strategic planning, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.  

Prior to starting HaydenTanner in 1999, Ms. McCabe was the founder and president of Bridger Commercial Funding, a leader in the commercial mortgage-backed securities field. 

Earlier in her business career, Ms. McCabe ran the Bank of America’s Real Estate Capital Markets Group, including the bank’s investment program for non-investment grade commercial mortgage-backed securities, real estate loan syndication, corporate finance and divisional marketing.

Originally from the Bay Area, Ms. McCabe began her career at Wells Fargo, where she managed distressed real estate assets and made commercial construction loans.  She holds an MBA in Finance and Management from the University of San Francisco and an undergraduate degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California at Davis.   She is a professionally trained mediator and certified corporate coach.
