The Pension Real Estate Association is a non-profit trade organization for the global institutional real estate investment industry. Founded in 1979, PREA currently lists over 2,000 members, representing over 530 member firms worldwide. Members include representatives of corporate, Taft-Hartley and public retirement plans, endowments, foundations, real estate investment managers, REITs, consultants, attorneys and others engaged in the industry. PREA's mission is to serve its members through the sponsorship of objective forums for education, research initiatives, membership interaction and the exchange of information.
