Revival Fund Management ("Revival") is a value-added real estate investment management
company, creating and managing real estate funds that enhance community, livability

Fund I – Urban Green is scheduled for release in January 2007. It will be structured
as a private, open-ended, commingled, equity fund that will acquire and manage a
diversified portfolio of transit-oriented, high density, mixed-use properties located
in walkable urban areas. It is projected at $150M in equity upon closing by 6/08,
with a leveraged portfolio value of $400-500M, with projected holds ranging from
three to seven years. As an open end fund, Revival will oversee quarterly closing
that may substantially increase the size of the fund over time.
Revival's management team has a proven record of success in managing pooled real
estate investment funds. Key team members have acquired and managed over $4 billion
in commercial real estate assets for commingled real estate funds. Furthermore,
several team members have managed a variety of residential, commercial, and mixed-use
projects, giving the team valuable insights to improve performance. Other members
